Working closely with engineering, quality, and leadership teams, you will embed compliance throughout the product lifecycle, maintain audit-ready documentation, conduct gap analyses, and support the development of robust, compliant design practices.    The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:    Proven experience in compliance, regulatory, or standards-focused engineering roles. Strong understanding of industrial product compliance, safety, regulatory, or cyber security requirements. Experience interpreting and applying regulations and standards in a practical engineering environment. Excellent documentation, audit preparation, and stakeholder engagement skills.    Any experience in the below would be highly desirable:    Experience with the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA), Machinery Regulation, and EN/IEC standards.
