Compliance Coordinator

As our Compliance Coordinator, you ll play a key role in heling our team members deliver this for thousands of people in the Gloucestershire and surrounding areas. You ll support the compliance team to ensure all aspects of Landlord Health and Safety Compliance aligns with statutory and non-statutory regulations, guidance, approved codes of practice and organisational policies and procedures. You ll support the team to deliver service and maintenance programmes with contractors and tenants to ensure our properties remain safe and legally complaint. You ll also be responsible for ensuring records and information relating to these services and maintenance are accurate and up to date. What you ll bring to the team: You ll bring strong organisational and administrative skills, supporting efficient compliance processes and accurate record-keeping. You ll communicate confidently with tenants, contractors, and colleagues to help deliver timely repairs and services. You ll be proactive in identifying risks, supporting regulatory compliance, and finding practical solutions. Above all, you ll deliver a customer-focused, inclusive, and reliable service that reflects the organisation s values.
