Carrington West is looking for a Compliance Coordinator to join our team at Lakeside, Portsmouth.This is a key role within the business, supporting the onboarding and ongoing compliance of our contractors. You ll work closely with recruitment consultants, managers, clients and framework partners to make sure documentation, contracts and compliance checks are completed accurately and on time.What you ll be doing You ll take ownership of a varied compliance workload, including: Gathering compliance information and documentation from candidates before placements beginManaging candidate and client contracts from creation through to completionSupporting the smooth onboarding of contractors and helping prevent delays to start datesMaintaining accurate contractor and placement records throughout the assignment lifecycleMonitoring extensions, rate changes, expiring documents and client-specific compliance requirementsChasing outstanding documentation and referencesLiaising with MSPs, framework clients, consultants and other internal teamsUploading candidate information and documentation to online framework portalsSupporting company, client and framework audits, including collating evidence and completing required actionsResponding to telephone and email enquiries accurately and ..... full job details .....
