Position: Compliance Contract Lead (Electrical, Fire, Lifts) – Interim (Senior Executive)
Location: Gosport Town Hall, Gosport, PO12 1EB

Contract Duration: Until 4 December 2026
Working Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
Pay Rate: £450.00 per day

• Lead and oversee compliance contracts covering electrical, fire safety and lift services.
• Ensure relevant statutory, regulatory and health and safety requirements are met.
• Monitor contractor performance, service delivery and compliance standards.
• Manage contract issues, risks and performance concerns, taking appropriate action where required.
• Work with internal teams, contractors and other stakeholders to maintain effective compliance arrangements.
• Review relevant documentation, licences, qualifications and registrations to ensure requirements are met.
• Provide senior-level advice and support on compliance and contract management matters.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure required reports and documentation are completed.

• Significant experience in compliance contract management.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, fire safety and lift compliance requirements.
• Experience managing contractors and monitoring service performance.
• Good understanding of health and safety and relevant statutory obligations.
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Eligible to work in the UK.

• Experience working within a local authority or public-sector environment.
• Previous experience in a senior or interim compliance leadership role.
• Relevant professional qualifications or industry registrations.
• Experience managing multiple compliance disciplines within a property or estates environment.
