Working as part of a team of four and reporting to the Process Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of compliant, end-to-end processes for Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), Pre-Action Protocols (PAPs) and other information requests from employees and third parties, including solicitors, Jobcentre Plus and the Department for Work and Pensions. Key Responsibilities Manage and deliver DSAR, PAP and other information requests in line with GDPR requirements and statutory deadlines. Review and analyse employee and business data to support accurate and compliant responses. Assess information requests and make appropriate risk-based decisions.
