We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Compliance Co-ordinator to join us at GIlmartins. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain subcontractor compliance records and documentation Ensure all operatives have valid certifications (e.g. qualifications, insurance) Carry out right-to-work checks and verify eligibility documentation Monitor expiry dates and proactively chase renewals Support onboarding processes to ensure compliance requirements are met before start dates Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance trackers and databases Liaise with site teams and managers to ensure only compliant operatives are deployed Assist with internal audits and compliance checks Ensure company policies and industry regulations are adhered to at all times Identify gaps or risks in compliance processes and escalate where necessary. Skills and Experience Compliance and Administration Previous experience in a compliance, administration, or coordination role Understanding of compliance requirements within construction or social housing (preferred) Experience handling sensitive documents with a high level of accuracy Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple records and deadlines Attention to Detail Meticulous approach to checking documentation and identifying discrepancies Ability to manage large volumes of data without compromising accuracy Strong record-keeping and document control skills Communication and Coordination Excellent communication skills, both written ..... full job details .....
