Compliance Assurance Officer (Home based)

Are you an experienced compliance, assurance, risk, or mortgage professional looking for your next challenge?We are recruiting for a Compliance Assurance Officer to join a growing and supportive Risk and Compliance function within a well-established financial services organisation on an initial 9 month contract. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in ensuring good customer outcomes, overseeing outsourced service delivery, and supporting the business in meeting its regulatory obligations.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct assurance and monitoring reviews to assess customer outcomes and regulatory compliance.Analyse performance data, quality results, and service metrics to identify trends and areas of concern.Investigate root causes of issues and support the implementation of effective remedial actions.Maintain detailed records of assurance activity and monitor progress against agreed actions.Build strong working relationships with operational stakeholders and service providers.Support the production of management information, governance reporting, and Consumer Duty oversight.Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of compliance and assurance frameworks.About YouYou''ll ideally have:Experience within Compliance, Risk, Assurance, Quality Assurance, Audit, or a related oversight function.Exposure to the mortgage, lending, or wider financial services sector.A good understanding of FCA regulatory requirements and customer outcome-focused regulation.Strong analytical and ..... full job details .....
