Compliance Associate

Our client is a dynamic organisation specialising in financial services within the luxury motor finance sector.Due to business expansion, we are seeking a Compliance Associate to support the Compliance function across a diverse range of operational, regulatory, complaints, and compliance matters.This predominantly execution-focused role involves preparing documentation, assisting with complaint and claim handling processes, liaising with internal stakeholders and external advisors, and contributing to the continuous development of internal legal and compliance frameworks. The position operates under the guidance of the Legal and Compliance lead and does not require independent decision-making on complex legal or regulatory issues. The role presents opportunities for professional development and increased responsibility over time.Role and Responsibilities:You will assist the team with various compliance-related tasks, particularly in the following areas: Contract SupportComplaints and Claims SupportRegulatory and Compliance SupportGeneral / Operational Tasks Qualifications, Languages and Education Requirements A (UK) law degree or equivalent qualification (bar admission is advantageous but not essential)1 3 years experience in a legal, regulatory, or compliance role, preferably within financial services or a consumer-facing industryExperience in motor finance or the automotive sector is beneficial, though not mandatoryFluent English (written and spoken) is essential; ..... full job details .....
