You''ll play a vital role in ensuring buildings remain safe, compliant, and fully documented.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out statutory compliance testing across commercial properties.Conduct emergency lighting tests.Perform fire alarm testing and inspections.Complete water temperature monitoring and flushing regimes.Undertake fire door inspections.Assist with dry riser inspections and testing.Record test results, photographs, certificates, and asset information accurately and promptly.Report defects, failures, and compliance issues to the maintenance team.Support ongoing health and safety and compliance requirements across the portfolio.About YouExperience within property maintenance, facilities management, compliance, or building services.Methodical and detail-oriented approach to work.Comfortable using hand tools and testing equipment.Basic understanding of electrical and building systems.Strong organisational and record-keeping skills.Professional and confident when interacting with clients and occupiers.Able to work independently and manage your workload effectively.Committed to health and safety best practices.Desirable QualificationsLegionella / L8 Water Hygiene TrainingElectrical Safety ..... full job details .....
