Compliance and Risk Manager

The Role: Compliance ManagerThe Client: Alternative Asset ManagerThe Location: LondonWe''re working with a leader in the fund finance asset management space who are continuing to scale and grow at an exceptional pace. They are now looking for an experienced Compliance generalist to come in, own the firms compliance and risk function, whilst reporting directly into the C-Suite. This is a high impact role unlike any other at this level!The Responsibilities:Owning the compliance processes and monitoring programmeWork closely with other business lines and external advisors to build and maintain a compliance framework to help facilitate the current growthAssist on FinCrime matters including AML/KYCLiaise with the FCA and SEC where necessaryDevelop the firms risk frameworkThe Requirements:4+ years within Compliance Generalist positions within an FCA Regulated environment or consulting environment (where they have supported FCA Regulated firms)Experience with fund finance, private credit or alternative investments would be extremely helpfulConfident individual who can and has experience dealing with regulators and stakeholdersThis is a fantastic role offering breadth of work with an opportunity to take hold of a function within a growing business.
