Compliance and Resource Consultant

Quantum Scholars are looking for a Compliance and Resource Consultant to join our team in Cowes. This is a varied role combining candidate compliance and recruitment resourcing. We work with schools and Local Authorities across England, supplying teachers, tutors and education support staff. Ensuring that every candidate is properly vetted, compliant and ready to work is a vital part of what we do. The Role A large part of your role will involve supporting candidates through our compliance and clearance process, including: Checking candidate documentation and maintaining accurate compliance records Processing and monitoring Enhanced DBS checks Checking identification and Right to Work documentation Obtaining and following up professional references Ensuring safeguarding and other required documentation is completed Keeping candidates updated throughout the clearance process Maintaining accurate information on our internal systems Identifying outstanding compliance requirements and proactively chasing these through to completion Supporting the wider team to ensure candidates can be cleared for work quickly and safely Alongside compliance, you will also help us grow our network of teachers and tutors by: Searching for suitable candidates through job boards, databases and other recruitment channels Advertising teaching and tutoring opportunities Contacting and speaking with prospective candidates Completing initial candidate screening Building relationships with teachers, ..... full job details .....
