The role will support a diverse portfolio of construction and facilities projects across the UK estate, providing practical health and safety guidance while ensuring compliance with CDM 2015 Regulations. Typical responsibilities include: Supporting the implementation of CDM 2015 Regulations across a portfolio of UK projects Assisting with the delivery of the Principal Designer role for small works Providing competent health and safety and contractor compliance advice to the Facilities Management team and wider business Carrying out site inspections, accident and incident investigations, audits and contractor compliance activities Working with Project Managers and Maintenance Service Providers to improve processes, procedures and working practices The ideal candidate will have: NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Diploma, with Level 6 preferred IOSH membership with an active CPD record Strong knowledge and understanding of CDM 2015 Regulations Understanding of the Principal Designer role, with IMaPS or CMaPS experience beneficial A pro...
