Audit and Compliance Assistant Location: High WycombeSalary: Up to £35,000 per annumHours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm)Hybrid Working: Up to 2 days per week from home following successful completion of probation (6 MONTHS) About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and detail-oriented Audit and Compliance Assistant to join a growing and successful business operating within a regulated environment. This role is ideal for an individual with experience in audit and compliance who is looking to develop their career within a varied position that combines compliance monitoring, quality assurance, business reporting, training coordination and operational support. Working closely with senior management, you will play a key role in ensuring the business remains compliant with regulatory requirements, company procedures and industry best practice, while helping to drive continuous improvement across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Support the development and maintenance of compliance and audit programmes across the business. Maintain compliance records and ensure documentation remains accurate and up to date. Conduct file audits, call monitoring and quality control checks. Monitor compliance activity and provide feedback and recommendations to managers. Investigate and manage complaints in line with regulatory requirements.
