Compliance Analyst

We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Compliance Analyst to join a growing compliance function within a dynamic underwriting business. This is an excellent opportunity for a compliance professional looking to develop broad exposure across a range of regulatory and compliance activities while supporting the business in maintaining a strong culture of governance, customer focus, and regulatory compliance.The role will suit an individual with experience in a generalist compliance position, including exposure to conduct risk, regulatory monitoring, and complaints handling within the insurance or financial services sector.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the day-to-day operation of the compliance framework across the business.Assist in the identification, assessment and monitoring of regulatory and compliance risks.Conduct compliance monitoring reviews and contribute to reporting on findings and recommendations.Support the management and oversight of conduct risk, helping to ensure fair customer outcomes are embedded throughout business processes.Review and analyse complaints data, identify trends and support root cause analysis and remediation activities.Monitor regulatory developments and assess potential impacts on the business.Assist with policy and procedure reviews, ensuring documentation remains accurate and up to date.Support the delivery of compliance training and awareness initiatives.Collaborate with stakeholders across underwriting, operations and management ..... full job details .....
