Are you a highly organised administrator with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills?

Our client is looking for a Compliance & Licensing Administrator to join their busy head office team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and building relationships with both internal stakeholders and external organisations.

The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring statutory licences, permits and compliance documentation are accurately administered and maintained across a national portfolio.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing, processing and submitting licence and permit applications and renewals
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal databases and systems
  • Coordinating compliance documentation and ensuring records are kept up to date
  • Liaising with external regulatory bodies and local authorities
  • Managing a shared inbox and responding to enquiries in a timely manner
  • Supporting field-based teams with licensing and compliance queries
  • Producing correspondence, reports and documentation as required
  • Assisting with audits, due diligence activities and compliance checks
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Previous experience within an administration, compliance or regulatory environment
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied workload
  • Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • A proactive and professional approach to work
  • The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
