Compliance Administrator
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a detail-oriented and organised Compliance Administrator to join a professional services organisation within their Business Support team based in Leamington Spa.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with systems, processes, accuracy, and problem-solving, and is looking to develop their career within compliance and risk management.Key Responsibilities Assisting with AML, CTF, and compliance audits, recording outcomes and monitoring corrective actionsMaintaining compliance records, spreadsheets, and risk registersSupporting file review processes and ensuring actions are completed within deadlinesRunning reports and liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance procedures are followedAssisting with audit preparation, including Lexcel, CQS, and SRA requirementsSupporting onboarding queries and document verification checksProviding administrative support for compliance training initiativesWorking collaboratively with colleagues across multiple departments to support the smooth running of the compliance functionUndertaking general administrative duties as required The successful candidate will ideally have: Previous experience in an administrative roleExcellent attention to detail and strong organisational skillsStrong communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levelsGood working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and ExcelExperience supporting a compliance or risk teamAn interest in ..... full job details .....
