Compliance Administrator
Location: Irlam - Office Based (Monday to Friday) Hours: 08:00-16:30We are recruiting for an Administration and Compliance Coordinator on behalf of a leading organisation within the Utilities and Asset Survey sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for Health and Safety and compliance.Compliance Administrator Role:You will provide high-quality administrative and compliance support across the business, ensuring all HSEQ, IMS and training requirements are met. This role is key in maintaining safe working practices, accurate reporting, and smooth operational delivery.Key Responsibilities:Act as the central point of contact for Health and Safety information and reportingLog and report incidents/accidents, ensuring accurate data captureLead IMS coordination, compliance checks, and office auditsSupport risk assessments and HandS management activitiesProduce toolbox talks, safety alerts and BEST analysis reportsManage training compliance, bookings, certificates and ID cardsCoordinate equipment delivery (phones, fuel cards, small tools)Submit NOT/NOE forms and upload documentationSupport client reporting, including complaints and procedural updatesManage IT requests and monitor progressMaintain annual leave trackers and monitor usageOversee vehicle and WTD compliance, producing weekly reportsAbout You:Strong commitment to Health and Safety and complianceConfident in challenging non-conformanceExcellent customer service ..... full job details .....
