Business-compliance-is-the-focus-of-this-position.-This-role-is-to-ensure-that-our-client-remains-industry-compliant-whilst-consistently-delivering-the-best-customer-outcomes.

Key-investigations-include:

• Completing-Quality-Assurance-on-Operational-Teams
• Ordering-and-reporting-on-Mystery-Shop-results
• Reporting-on-results-and-identifying-any-trends
• Monitoring-and-reporting-of-incidents-and-near-misses.
• Liaising-with-suppliers-to-obtain-documentation-during-audits
• Assist-in-monitoring-the-physical-security-within-the-office
• Investigate-and-write-complaint-responses

Our-client-is-very-open-to-experience-and-are-happy-to-train-the-successful-applicant-on-the-basis-that-you-they-offer-HARD-WORK,-DETERMINATION-and-A-GOOD-WORK-ETHIC!

They-are-offering-a-basic-salary-of27,000-with-a-bonus-of-up-to5,200-per-annum.
