Processing worksheets, Checking compliance, Processing Compliance documents, Utilising clients CAFM system. Ensure all CBRE and client procedures are followed.Key ResponsibilitiesQHSE and ComplianceEnsure timely management of the compliance inbox, processing all requests and documentation thoroughly with a sharp eye for detail.Updating tracking documents.Processing tasks from service complete to billing stage.Liaising with internal engineering team and contractors.SubcontractorsProcess notification of planned visit dates and update clients CAFM system.Ensure all works are planned in and completed on time.Report and investigate on contractor performance.The above is a guideline to the role and is not intended to be fully inclusive or exclusive of the duties required.Qualities Microsoft office working knowledge specific to Teams, Outlook and Excel.
