Compliance Administrator

The Role As Compliance Administrator, you''ll play a key role in ensuring compliance records are accurate, up to date, and fully compliant with industry requirements. Key responsibilities include: Managing general compliance administration across multiple contracts. Chasing and receiving compliance documentation from subcontractors. Reviewing paperwork and identifying any discrepancies or missing information. Liaising with subcontractors to resolve compliance issues promptly. Booking appointments for planned preventative maintenance (PPM) works. Raising remedial tasks and ensuring actions are recorded accurately. Updating internal systems with compliance records and documentation. Supporting operational teams to maintain compliance standards across the business.
