You''ll work closely with candidates, schools, local authorities and our recruitment consultants, making sure all necessary checks and documentation are completed accurately and on time.What you''ll be doing:Managing candidate compliance and onboardingProcessing DBS checks and obtaining referencesCompleting right-to-work and ID checksMaintaining accurate candidate recordsChasing outstanding documentation by phone and emailWorking to compliance and safeguarding KPIsLiaising with candidates, schools, local authorities and internal teamsSupporting the recruitment team to ensure candidates are cleared and ready to workWhat we''re looking for:Previous administration or office experience is desirableExcellent organisation and attention to detailConfident communication skillsComfortable working to deadlines and KPIsA proactive approach and willingness to get stuck inGood IT skillsSomeone who enjoys working as part of a busy, sociable ..... full job details .....
