Compliance Account Manager

WasteRecruit has been retained by a leading environmental compliance organisation to recruit a Compliance Account Manager . This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, friendly, and mission-driven UK team, part of a global group helping major brands meet their environmental obligations and build a more circular economy. The business supports over 600 companies in the UK and is part of a pan-European organisation with 25 offices across 20 countries, having already collected over 10 million tonnes of packaging, e-waste, and batteries. The Role As Compliance Account Manager, you ll be a key member of the Membership Compliance team, responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of WEEE, packaging, and battery compliance services. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for your own portfolio of compliance scheme Members Handle queries professionally and efficiently Develop an understanding of the relevant Regulations (WEEE, Batteries, Packaging) to offer quality advice Ensure timely delivery of regulatory reporting and customer communications Support the creation and distribution of bulk email communications and scheme updates Location and Travel The role is based out of the Midlands office (Nuneaton) and follows an Agile Working model (hybrid).
