Complex SEN Teaching Assistant Bradford, BD9 Specialist SEN School Full-Time Long-Term Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role where you can make a genuine difference to children with complex additional needs? We are recruiting for a specialist SEN school in the BD9 area of Bradford that is looking for a confident, caring and resilient Teaching Assistant to join their team. You will be supporting children with a range of complex additional needs, providing both learning and care support throughout the school day. Your responsibilities may include: Supporting pupils 1:1 and in small groups Helping children access learning and classroom activities Supporting pupils with complex SEN and additional care needs Providing personal care confidently and respectfully Supporting communication, independence and engagement Helping pupils regulate and manage their individual needs Working closely with teachers and other support staff to provide consistent care and support We are looking for someone who: Has previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN, complex needs or additional care needs Is confident providing personal care Is patient, caring, reliable and resilient Can build positive relationships with children who require a high level of support Is comfortable working within a specialist school environment Is looking for a full-time, long-term opportunity Interested?
