Key Responsibilities: - Deliver engaging, personalised sessions in Maths and English, adapted to students age, ability, and learning needs. - Support the development of communication, social skills, and emotional regulation using evidence-based SEN strategies. - Promote positive behaviour, confidence, and independence in line with students individual needs and EHCP targets. - Adapt teaching approaches and resources in accordance with students needs. - Support students engagement with education, including preparation for examinations, functional skills, or alternative pathways where appropriate. - Work closely with parents/carers, schools, and other professionals to ensure a consistent and holistic approach. - Monitor progress and contribute to regular feedback and reporting.
