Key Responsibilities: Deliver engaging, personalised sessions in Maths and English, adapted to students age, ability, and learning needs. Support the development of communication, social skills, and emotional regulation using evidence-based SEN strategies. Promote positive behaviour, confidence, and independence in line with students individual needs and EHCP targets. Adapt teaching approaches and resources in accordance with students needs. Support students engagement with education, including preparation for examinations, functional skills, or alternative pathways where appropriate. Work closely with parents/carers, schools, and other professionals to ensure a consistent and holistic approach. Monitor progress and contribute to regular feedback and reporting.
