Complex Repairs Surveyor

This role manages technically complex repairs across a residential housing portfolio, taking ownership of cases from diagnosis and specification through to contractor management, cost control, quality assurance, and completion. You''ll utilise strong building pathology expertise to resolve structural defects, water ingress, subsidence, drainage and roofing failures, disrepair cases, and insurance-related reinstatement works.Client DetailsOur client is a large and established social housing provider responsible for managing a substantial residential portfolio across London and the South East.
