Job Overview: The Complex Physical Health Support Worker is responsible for delivering person-centered care directly in people''s homes working under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RGNs). This role will be vital in helping people live safely, independently and with dignity. Key Responsibilities: Provide personal and clinical care, including respiratory support (oxygen therapy, suctioning, tracheostomy care, CPAP/BiPAP). Deliver feeding support (NGT/PEG/gastronomy, pump feeding). Support with catheter and stoma care, toileting, continence needs. Promote safe mobility, skin integrity and pressure area care.
