This role would suit an experienced and compassionate tutor or education professional who is passionate about building positive relationships, re-engaging young people with education, and supporting students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs on a 1:1 basis. The main focus of the role will be to: Build a trusting and positive relationship with the student. Re-engage them with learning and education. Provide a calm, safe and supportive learning environment. Support emotional wellbeing and develop confidence. Establish positive routines and encourage consistent engagement. Help the student prepare for their next steps beyond Year 11. Adapt sessions and approaches to meet the student''s individual needs.
