You will work closely with teachers and therapists to help pupils access a tailored and engaging curriculum.The RoleProvide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with complex needs.Support pupils with communication, emotional regulation and social development.Assist with personal care where required.Help create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment.Support the delivery of individual learning plans and therapeutic interventions.Encourage pupil independence and celebrate progress, however small.The Ideal CandidateExperience working with children or young people with SEND, complex needs, healthcare needs or within a care setting.A patient, resilient and caring approach.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Comfortable supporting pupils with personal care needs.Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential.A ..... full job details .....
