Many students require high levels of support throughout the day, including assistance with mobility, communication, sensory engagement, and personal care. As a Teaching Assistant, You Will: Provide 1:1 and small-group support tailored to individual needs. Assist with personal care, feeding, hygiene, and mobility, including moving and handling (training provided). Support sensory-based learning and communication, using tools such as Makaton, PECS, or other communication systems. Work with teachers, therapists, and care staff to implement Education, Health & Care Plans (EHCPs).
