A supportive and inclusive school in Wokingham is looking for a Complex Needs Support Assistant to join them as soon as possible. This role focuses on supporting pupils with a range of additional needs, including autism, communication difficulties, and learning challenges.

As a Complex Needs Support Assistant, you will:

• Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support
• Assist pupils with their academic, social, and emotional development
• Support communication and sensory needs
• Help implement structured routines and personalised strategies
• Work closely with teachers and specialist staff
• Maintain a calm, safe, and engaging learning environment

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children or vulnerable individuals and a genuine passion for supporting SEN. Knowledge of ASD and complex needs is highly advantageous.
