As a Complex Needs Assistant, you will be working in a specialist setting within Lewisham, supporting students with a variety of complex needs including autism, physical disabilities, and medical conditions. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality support tailored to each child''s individual education plan. Prior experience in a SEN environment is desirable but not essential - full education and training will be provided.Key Responsibilities

Work closely with teachers and therapists to support students in their educational journeyAssist with personal care tasks where requiredPromote independence and self-confidence through tailored supportHelp implement behaviour management strategiesSupport learning activities both in and out of the classroomRequirements
