You'll be supporting adults with complex needs, helping them to build confidence, develop independence and move towards a more positive future. The Role As a Complex Needs Support Worker, you'll work closely with individuals who may have experienced homelessness, mental health challenges, substance misuse or other complex life circumstances. Your role will include: Providing person-centred, trauma-informed support. Managing a caseload and carrying out support plans and risk assessments. Supporting individuals to access housing, healthcare, benefits and community services. Encouraging independence and helping people achieve their personal goals. Building positive relationships while maintaining professional boundaries. Working alongside external agencies and partner organisations to ensure the best outcomes for each individual.
