A bit about the job: As a Complex Loss Handler within our Major and Complex Claims Liability team, you''ll manage a portfolio of high-value and complex liability claims, ensuring great outcomes while effectively controlling indemnity spend. Working alongside a team of experienced technical claims professionals, you''ll use your expertise to investigate, negotiate and resolve claims across Employers'' Liability, Public Liability and Product Liability, including 3rd party property damage claims. You''ll play an important role in maintaining technical excellence, supporting risk and governance requirements, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance service, efficiency and business performance.
