The firm acts on behalf of major insurers, corporates and public sector organisations, handling a broad range of high-value and technically challenging personal injury matters. With continued growth in its Complex Injury practice, the team is seeking an experienced Senior Associate to support the management of significant claims and play a key role in the development of junior lawyers. This role is open to personal injury solicitors and chartered legal executives from both claimant and defendant backgrounds. Your new roleYou will join a specialist Complex Injury team undertaking a mix of catastrophic and high-value personal injury claims, acting predominantly for insurer and corporate clients. The role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior lawyers and partners on complex matters while also maintaining responsibility for your own caseload.The work will include: Managing a caseload of complex defendant personal injury claims, including employers'' liability, public liability and catastrophic injury matters. Running high-value and multi-track litigation from inception through to resolution. Advising clients on liability, causation, quantum, policy coverage and indemnity issues.
