This position requires experienced, clinically competent care and a calm, confident approach when supporting individuals with behaviours that challenge. Key Responsibilities Provide person-centred care to a young person with complex needs Support daily living and individual care plans in line with clinical requirements Assist with clinical/medical care including: - NG tube care and feeding support Medication administration - NJT care for feed support (as required by care plans) Support and manage routines and interventions for:  Behaviours that challenge - Emotional regulation and positive support strategies Work as part of a dedicated team using a 2:1 ratio Maintain accurate records and follow safeguarding and care procedures Requirements / Essential Criteria Female applicants only (as required for the role) At least 12 months UK care experience (including mental health experience) Demonstrable clinical experience with: - NG tube - Medication - NJT for feeding (for required care routines) Experience suppor...
