This is a rewarding opportunity for a calm, patient and experienced care professional who understands that effective complex care is about seeing the person, not just their care needs. The individual we support has autism, a severe learning disability and ADHD and is non-verbal, using signs, gestures and behaviour to communicate. They require a consistent, structured and person-centred approach from staff who can recognise subtle changes in behaviour and understand what these may be communicating.
