Complex Care Worker

Kinetic Nursing Services is supporting a young adult female (aged 21) who lives independently in her own home. She requires ongoing complex care support to maintain her health, wellbeing, and independence within the community.About the RoleWe are seeking compassionate and reliable Complex Care Support Workers to provide 24-hour support within the client''s own home. The role focuses on delivering high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence, safety, and quality of life.The client has complex long-term health needs requiring ongoing support, including assistance with clinical care needs, nutrition support via enteral feeding systems, medication support, and management of fluctuating physical and emotional health.Key Responsibilities Providing 24-hour support within the client''s home Supporting with all aspects of daily living, personal care, and social support Assisting with clinical care tasks as trained and delegated Supporting nutrition and hydration needs as required Supporting with mobility, routine, and household tasks Providing emotional reassurance and managing periods of anxiety Monitoring wellbeing and reporting any changes appropriately Working in line with care plans, policies, and clinical guidanceAbout the Client Young adult female, 21 years old Lives independently in her own home Attends college two days per week (Wednesday and Thursday) with staff support Enjoys beauty and nail care and regularly practices these skills Aspires to develop a ..... full job details .....
