We provide personalised care within clients own homes, helping them live safely, comfortably and as independently as possible. Day shifts, waking nights and longer shifts are available. Your responsibilities may include: • Providing one-to-one care within a client s home • Supporting personal care, mobility and daily activities • Monitoring wellbeing and reporting changes in condition • Medication support within your assessed competencies • Following care plans, risk assessments and clinical guidance • Maintaining accurate care records • Communicating with families and healthcare professionals • Providing companionship and emotional support Depending on the package, experience may be required in: • Tracheostomy care, ventilation and suctioning • PEG feeding and enteral nutrition • Oxygen therapy and cough assist • Epilepsy and seizure management • Medication administration • Neurological conditions and acquired brain injuries • Learning disabilities, mental health or behaviours that challenge Successful applicants sho...
