The individual has- severe cerebral palsy, developmental delay, chronic lung disease, tracheostomy, epilepsy and a gastrostomy . They are non-verbal, nil by mouth and require full moving and handling support, including wheelchair and P-Pod chair use. Key Responsibilities: Tracheostomy, airway and chest management Gastrostomy and medication support Epilepsy management Full moving and handling (2:1) Personal care and daily support Recognising and responding to non-verbal communication Following care plans and maintaining accurate records Previous complex care experience is desirable , particularly experience with tracheostomy, PEG/gastrostomy, epilepsy and moving & handling.
