      <description>Location: Crewe | Salary: 14.00-14.00 Hourly | Type: Permanent | We are looking for experienced and compassionate Complex Care Support Workers to join a dedicated 2:1 care team supporting an individual with significant complex care needs. The individual has severe cerebral palsy, developmental delay, chronic lung disease, tracheostomy, epilepsy and a gastrostomy. They are non-verbal, nil by mouth and require full moving and handling support, including wheelchair and P-Pod chair use. Key Responsibilities:  Tracheostomy, airway and chest management Gastrostomy and medication support Epilepsy management Full moving and handling (2:1) Personal care and daily support Recognising and responding to non-verbal communication Following care plans and maintaining accurate records  Previous complex care experience is desirable, particularly experience with tracheostomy, PEG/gastrostomy, epilepsy and moving and handling.
