You will help the client live safely, maintain dignity, access the community and build greater independence.The client requires support with mobility, personal care, communication, PEG feeding, respiratory awareness, medication support and daily living tasks.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Complex Care Support Worker, you may support with: Full personal care, including washing, dressing, continence care and repositioningSafe moving and handling, including hoisting and wheelchair supportPEG feeding support, following care plans and clinical guidanceDysphagia and aspiration-risk awarenessRespiratory support, including suctioning where trained and assessed as competentMedication support, including controlled medication protocols where requiredClear, respectful communication and support with sensory needsCommunity access, social activities and planned outingsMaintaining accurate care records and escalating concerns appropriatelyWorking professionally ..... full job details .....
