The service users has complex care needs, and experience in Jejunostomy, Non-invasive ventilation is essential and requires the support of two complex care workers on 12 hour day shifts. The ideal candidates will have a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for those in their care, demonstrating patience, empathy, and professionalism. This paid positions offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference while developing valuable skills in Complex Care and more. You will be working on a full time rota which will be given to you 3 months in advance and you will be paid weekly.
