Job Purpose We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Complex Care Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred care to a male service user living with a spinal cord injury. The successful candidate will support the service user in his own home, ensuring his safety, comfort, dignity, and independence while managing complex clinical needs, including total parenteral nutrition (TPN), tracheostomy care, and ventilator support. The positions within the care package can allow for full time and part time working patterns and day and nights shifts are available, working 12 hours each shift.
