We are looking for a Complex Care Manager to oversee the delivery of specialist care packages across the West Midlands and Shropshire, supporting both adults and children with a range of complex clinical needs. You''ll take responsibility for setting up new packages, maintaining existing services and working closely with clients, families, clinicians and commissioners to ensure consistently high standards of care.
