About the Role: As a Complex Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive safe, high-quality care in their own homes. Working closely with clients, families, healthcare professionals and care teams, you will coordinate complex care packages, manage staffing schedules, and ensure seamless service delivery across the Northwest region. You will be based at your local Apollo Home Healthcare office in Heywood, but travel across the Northwest region will be an essential part of this role. Therefore, we are seeking applicants who hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have access to their own vehicle.
