Responsibilities

Provide complex care to a client in Halifax, supporting their long-term health conditions and daily routines.

Deliver clinically-led enhanced homecare and end-of-life care as part of a tailored care plan.

Work across shifts to meet client needs (including 8am-8pm and 8pm-8am 12-hour shifts).

Engage with clients and families to enhance quality of life through hobbies and activities.

Maintain high standards of care and safety in all interactions.

Requirements

At least 6 months of paid care experience in the UK

The right to work in the UK without employer sponsorship

A valid UK driver''s license (Manual) and access to a car for work

A caring, positive attitude and patience

Pay rate: £13.69-£14.50 per hour (includes holiday pay)
