You''ll be supporting a young man with complex health needs in his own home in Old Swan and at school.You''ll support him with personal care and hygiene, medication, nutrition and respiratory care including his tracheostomy.Our client requires

2 : 1 round-the-clock care , so you''ll always be working alongside another experienced member of the team, with clinical oversight from a Lead Nurse.Requirements

Whilst we expect a degree of experience in caring for individuals with complex health needs, full clinical training on the specific needs of our client will be provided for the right candidates. This includes a combination of e-learning and classroom-based training, followed by job-shadowing and "hands-on" training by a Lead Nurse. We operate a 24hr clinical on-call to provide round-the-clock support to our clients and their care teams.What\''s it like working here?
