This is an excellent opportunity to join us as a Complex Care Assistant. You will have full training and clinical support to develop and improve skills in various complex areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care plus so much more. We care for and support people of all ages, in the community and in their homes, with spinal cord injury, muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries and many other complex needs. Every day will be different, and you’ll never know what challenges you’re about to face next. One thing you can be sure of though, is that you’ll be making your clients’ days brighter while developing your skills and knowledge.Responsibilities

Provide complex care in the community and clients’ homesDevelop and apply skills in areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma careDeliver compassionate, person-centered care to individuals with spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and other complex needsCollaborate with clinical teams and use training and support providedQualifications

What you’ll needPrevious experience is not required but beneficial in PEG feeding, ventilation, and suctioningCare, compassion, and resilienceBenefits
