We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Support Workers / Complex Care Assistants to help us continue delivering high-quality, nurse-led care that makes a real difference in our service users'' lives. The Role: As a Complex Care Assistant, you will be a vital member of our team, providing support and care to our service users (Adults and Children). This role requires a compassionate and attentiveindividual who can assist with clinical needs, personal care, and daily living tasks under the supervision of our clinical team. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the personal care needs of service users in accordance with their care plans. Support with clinical requirements such as medication management, moving and handling, Tracheostomy Care, PEG Management, ventilator support, among other health needs Work collaboratively with family members and the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care. Monitor and record the health and well-being of service users, reporting any changes. Ensure dignity, privacy, and independence are maintained at all times.
